摘要
报道了用乙醇法从油茶饼粕中提取的油茶皂素干粉（其含量＞８５％），对ＳＤ大鼠进行了经口、经皮急性毒性和蓄积毒性实验，其经口ＬＤ５０为４４６６．８ｍｇ／ｋｇ，９５％可信限为２９５１ｍｇ／ｋｇ～６８２４ｍｇ／ｋｇ；经皮ＬＤ５０＞１００００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，属于低毒物质。油茶皂素蓄积系数（ｋ）为５．３。
This paper reports the experiment of acute poisonous and accumulated poisonous of Sasanglla Saponin powder (which containouse>85% and is extracted from Sasanglla cake with alcohol) to SD big mouse through its mouth and skin. The L D50 of passing through mouth is 4 466 8 mg/kg,the 95% believable limit is 2 951 mg/kg～6 824 mg/kg; the L D50 of passing through skin is >10 000 mg/kg, and they are all belong to low poisonous material. The accumalation coefficient (k) of Sasanglla Saponin is 5 3, so it only has slight accumulative effection.
