摘要
本文在室内测定了茶皂素在叶蝉和粘虫体内对杀虫单的增效作用。结果表明,茶皂素与杀虫单以1:1、3:1、1:3、2:5和5:2等五个比例混配表现出程度不同的增效作用,其中以1:3的增效最显著,对叶蝉和粘虫的增效系数分别为1.81和2.83。最后讨论了茶皂素的增效机制,并认为茶皂素与杀虫单混剂的开发与生产具有较大的社会、生态和经济效益。
Bioassays were conducted in the laboratory to testsynergism of dimehypo by teasaponin in the control of riceleafhoppers Nephotettix cincticeps(Uhler)and the orientalarmyworms Mythimna separata(Walker).Results showed thatsome synergisms were exhibited in ratios of 1 :1,3:1,1:3,2:5 and 5:2 teasaponin to dimehypo,High synergism wasobserved at the 1:3 ratio and its synergy ratios(SR) were1.81 and 2.83 for the fourth instar nymph of the leafhoppersand the third instar larvae of armyworms respectively,Syner-gism mechanisms and significances of binary mixtures of teas-aponin plus dimehypo wete discussed.
