摘要 目的:探讨了支气管哮喘患儿治疗前后血清SOD、IL-6、LPO和GSH-PX水平的变化及意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析和生化法对39例支气管哮喘患儿进行了治疗前后血清SOD、IL-6、LPO和GSH-PX的检测,并与35名正常健康儿作比较。结果:支气管哮喘患儿在治疗前血清SOD、GSH-PX水平非常显著地低于正常儿组(P<0.01),而血清IL-6、LPO又非常显著地高于正常儿组(P<0.01),经治疗1个月后与正常儿组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:血清SOD、IL-6、LPO和GSH-PX水平的变化与支气管哮喘患儿的病情发生和发展密切相关。 Objective To explore the changes of serum SOD, IL-6, LPO and GSH-PX levels in pediatric patients with bronchial asthma. Methods Serum SOD, IL-6(with RIA), LPO and GSH-PX(with biochemistry) levels were determined in 39 pediatric patients with bronchial asthma and 35 normal controls. Results In the patients, serum SOD,GSH-PX levels were apparently lower and LPO , IL-6 levels were markedly higher than those in controls(P 〈0.01 ). After treatment for 1 month the serum SOD, IL-6, LPO and GSH-PX levels in the patients were no significant difference from those in controls (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The changes of serum SOD, IL-6, LPO and GSH-PX levels were closely correlated to the development and progress of pediatric patients with bronchial asthma.
