摘要
转型时期的高校班主任工作,应体现新的内涵,需要关注社会发展对当代大学生的影响。本文认为,公民社会的建立和发展,对原有的教育目标和教育模式产生了冲击,高校班主任应适应经济社会变化,适时创新工作内容、转变工作方式、提升自身素质,以更好地促进公民社会在大学校园中的孕育。
During the transition period,the duty of college class supervisors should embody a new connotation,paying close attention to the impacts of social development on students.This paper holds that the establishment and development of civil society has brought about impacts on college education model and objectives.College teachers should be innovative in their job and change their way of working.In so doing,teachers can improve their own quality in order to promote civil society development on campus.
