摘要
本文报道了用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定蜂蜜中的铁含量,经与其他分析测定方法比较,该方法具有样品预处理十分简便、无需干法或湿法消解的特点,测定结果令人满意。该方法样品加标回收率为93.0%- 109% ,相对标准偏差为0.808% - 2.62% ,检出限为0.08m g/L。
The iron concentration in honey has been determined by the method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Compared with other analysis this method has advantages of satisfactory results, easy pre treatment of sample and needless dry sample or clearing up sample with moisture.The method has a good recovery of 93.0%-109%,and the relative standard detect is from 0.808% to 2.62%.The detection limit is 0.08mg/L.
