摘要
蜂王浆是具有较高营养价值的滋补强壮剂,早在十九世纪末,人们就开始对它的化学成分及其机制进行探讨,认识到它含有多种有益于人体健康的营养成分。其中,有机成分研究的报导较多。
The trace amounts of Ca, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, Ni, Sa, V and Zn in royal jellies and their products were determined by ICP-AES. The results showed royal jelly and its products were an excellent nutriment.
