摘要
建立了火焰原子发射光谱法测定蜂蜜中钾、钙的快速分析方法。用硝酸 (1+ 1)微热溶解蜂蜜样 ,可获得均匀透明的溶液。为消除干扰 ,取适量样品溶液 ,加入消电离剂NaCl溶液 (测定钾 )或释放剂La(Ⅲ )溶液 (测定钙 )配制成试液 ,以空白为参比 ,用工作曲线法测定。RSD小于1 0 % ,加标回收率为 98.4 %~ 10 3.7% ,检出限钾为 0 .0 12mg·L- 1,钙为 0 .0 30mg·L- 1。
A rapid and direct method for the determination of potassium and calcium in honey by flame atomic emission spectrometry was reported. A transparent and homogeneous sample solution was obtained by dissolving the honey in HNO 3(1+1) upon slight heating. For the elimination of interferences, appropriate amounts of sodium chloride solution as de-ionization agent in the determination of potassium, and lanthanum(Ⅲ) solution as releasing agent in the determination of calcium were added to the sample solution. The working curve method was applied to the determination and blank solution was used as reference. RSD′s were found to be less than 1%, and recoveries obtained were in the range 98.4%~103.7%. The detection limits (3σ/S) were found to be 0.012mg·L -1 for potassium and 0.030mg·L -1 for calcium.
