摘要
报道了用直接消解法处理蜂蜜 ,在选定光谱条件下 ,用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定其中的钙和锌 ,与湿法、干法消解处理的试样相比较 ,该法操作简单 ,结果令人满意。加标回收率钙为 99%~ 10 1 9% ,锌为 98 8%~ 10 5% ;相对标准偏差钙为 4 4 %~ 5 9% ,锌为 2 1%~3 8%检出限钙为 0 138μg·mL- 1,锌为 0 0 84 μg·mL- 1。
The calcium and zinc concentration in honey have been determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Compared with other analysis,this method has advantages of satisfactory results,easy pre-treatment of sample,needless dry sample and clearing up sample with moisture.The method has a good recovery showing calcium 99%~101 9% and zinc 98 83%~105%.The RSD of calcium is from 4 4% to 5 9% and zinc is from 2 1% to 3 8%.The detection limit of calcium is 0 138 mg·L -1 and zinc is 0 084 mg·L -1 .
