摘要
为实现应用型人才的培养目标,提高自身的竞争实力,开创学生工作新局面,新建本科院校亟待建立以思想服务、生活服务、学习指导及发展服务为核心的新型服务型学生工作体系。为保障新体系的实施,新建本科院校应转变学生工作观念,落实"以人为本"的教育理念,正确处理教育、管理、服务之间的关系,完善服务学生的制度建设,搭建服务学生的平台,创建优质的学生工作队伍。
To reach the goal of application-oriented talent cultivation,newly-built universities need to establish a service-oriented student work system,which focuses on the services to ideology,life,learning and development. To guarantee the implementation of new system,newly-built universities need to change student work concept,implement human-oriented thinking,and well handle the relationships between education,management and service. Moreover,they should try to improve service-oriented system construction,and establish a high-quality student work team.
