摘要
我国高校各教学系直接与大学生接触,系级学生工作的效率与质量直接影响大学生的学业成就与生活质量,也直接决定了高校学生工作的成败。在尊重学生主体地位,提倡学生个性发展,提高学生学习主动性、积极性的教育时代大背景下,作为基层学生管理单位的各教学系应建立服务型学生工作队伍。
College teaching is directly in contact with the college students,and the efficiency of the department level students work with a direct impact on the quality of college students＇ academic achievement and quality of life,and also directly determines the success or failure of the work of college students.Teaching is as the grassroots student management units should be established in the context of the dominant position of respect for the students,to promote the development of students＇ personality,improve students＇ motivation to learn,enthusiasm education era,the workforce of the service-oriented students.
