摘要
采用微波法探讨橙皮中提取物的抗氧化效果,通过正交实验对提取橙皮苷的工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:固液比1∶20,80%的乙醇水溶液为溶剂、在微波火力80 W下提取时间60s时清除率最高。
The anti-oxidation activity of orange tegument extractives was studied by microwave extraction. The best extraction conditions obtained by orthogonal experiment were： ratio of solid to liquid 1 ： 20, using 80% alcohol as solvent, microwave power 80 W, and disposal time 60 seconds.
