摘要
对MG300/710-WD采煤机的镐形截齿进行了受力分析,并讨论了镐形截齿的破煤机理。在静力学分析的基础上,以镐形截齿齿尖的圆锥半角和圆孔半径为设计参数,以最大等效应力和质量为目标参数,对镐形截齿进行了优化设计,并得到了更为合理的镐形截齿结构。
The force condition oF MG300/710-WD shearer pick-shaped cutter has been analyzed, and radius of pick tooth point were selected as design parameters. Meanwhile, equivalent stress maximum and geometry mass were selected as goal parameters. The more reasonable structure of pick-shaped cutter has been obtained.
