摘要
以试验数据为基础,对采煤机镐形截齿实际工况的煤层和镐形截齿受力建立数学模型;对镐形齿受力进行计算机模拟,且模拟的曲线反映截齿随不同参数的变化。从而为分析截齿的失效形式、截齿加工和设计打下基础。
Based on data, aims to set up the mathematical model of the working practice of the cutter gear used on the coal mining machine working in coal layers and the force bearing of the pick- shaped cutter gear. It lays a foundation for analyzing the failed outcome of the cutter gear, the manufacturing and designing of the cutter gear through computerized simulating of the coal layer and force bearing of the pick - shaped gear and the simulating curve which indicates the change of cutter gear with different data.
