摘要
在镐形截齿受力分析的基础上,利用先进的等离子束表面冶金技术,从截齿的结构和材料两方面入手对截齿生产工艺进行了全面改进,并对新工艺生产截齿的组织性能进行了测试分析。研究结果表明等离子束表面冶金技术在采煤机截齿上具有很大的应用价值。
On the basis of analyzing the stress of cutting picks by using the finite element software of ANSYS, plasma surface metallurgy was employed to improve process of production of cutting picks from both structure and material design. Microstructure and performances of improved cutting picks had been tested and analyzed. Results show that the new technology has night application value.
