Optimization Design of Scraper Conveyor Middle Pan Based on ANSYS Workbench

摘要 根据某煤矿的实际综采方案,对SGZ630/400型刮板输送机中部槽的关键设计尺寸进行了分析。在中部槽结构静力学分析的基础上,利用ANSYS Workbench软件,以翼板长度、底部断面高度为设计参数,以最大变形量、最大等效应力、体积、质量为目标参数,对中部槽进行了仿真优化分析。优化后的中部槽结构更加合理,且满足原工况要求。 According to practical fully mechanized plan of certain coal mine, the crucial design dimensions of middle pan of SGZ630/400 scraper conveyor have been analyzed. Based on the results of static structural analysis, the simulation optimization analysis of middle pan has been performed. In the analytical process, the length of wing board and the height of bottom cross section were selected as design parameters. Meanwhile, total deformation maximum, equivalent stress maximum, geometry volume and geometry mass were selected as goal parameters. The structure of optimized model is more reasonable, and its performances can meet working requirements.
