摘要
以ZY3800/15/30型两柱掩护式液压支架为研究对象,建立了掩护梁的结构优化设计模型,利用ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL,获得了掩护梁优化模型的求解,实现了掩护梁的重量减轻约6.53%,减重效果比较明显。该研究方法可推广到液压支架其他部件的结构优化设计,也为液压支架的整体结构优化提供了有益参考。
The ZY3800/15/30 type of two-prop shield hydraulic support is analyzed and the structural optimization design model for the caving shield is established. Using ANSYS parametric design language (APDL) ,the optimization model for the caving shield is solved in ANSYS environment. The result is shown that the weight of the optimal caving shield will reduce 6.53% compared with that of the original shield. The analysis method can be applied to structural optimization design for other components, and can also benefit the full structural optimization design for hydraulic support.
