摘要
以单颗粒运动算法的理论为基础,分析松软煤层螺旋钻进过程中的受力情况,从而推导出影响螺旋钻杆转速的因素。进一步通过对垂直钻进时螺旋钻杆的煤粒质量输送率的计算分析,得到影响输送率的结构参数,主要是直径比系数ε,螺旋升角α,煤粒与水平方向夹角ψ,填充率。用Matlab软件进行整体结构优化,得到改进后的钻杆结构参数,通过比较使输煤率提高了9.4%,给螺旋钻杆的参数化设计奠定了基础,为提高螺旋钻杆的输煤率提供了一种有效的方法。
