摘要
进行了液压支架掩护梁的受力分析,利用UG建立了掩护梁的三维模型及有限元力学模型。通过UG自带的高级仿真软件,分析得到了掩护梁的应力和位移分布。计算结果可用于修正设计,以提高掩护梁结构的可靠性,为液压支架部件的结构优化奠定了基础。
This paper briefly analyzes the force condition of and mechanical model for finite element analysis. After the caving shield beam of a hydraulic support, and sets up the 3D model the UG analysis and calculation, the caving shield beam's stress and displacement distribution are obtained. The results can be applied to amend the design and improve the caving shield beam~ s reliability. It supplies the bases for the structure optimization of the hydraulic support's parts.
