液压支架集成设计平台的CAM子系统开发与研究

Development and study on CAM subsystem of integrated design platform for hydraulic supports

摘要 在VC++.Net环境下,以Pro/E为开发工具,构建了一个液压支架集成设计开发平台,讨论了该平台CAM子系统开发中的相关问题。经实例验证,该平台可实现CAD/CAPP/CAM系统之间的信息传递与共享,初步实现了液压支架零部件设计和制造过程的集成,为液压支架产品的开发提供了一种快速、有效手段。 An integrated design platform for the hydraulic support was established by using Pro/E in VC++. Net environment. Related issues during developing CAM subsystem of the platform were discussed. Cases showed that the integrated design platform could realize data transfer and sharing among CAD/CAPP/CAM system, and could perform the integration of design and manufacturing of some parts and components of the hydraulic support. It offered a quick and effective means for development of the hydraulic support.
