摘要
目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在转移性骨肿瘤组织中其蛋白和基因表达情况及其相关的临床意义。方法收集42例转移性骨肿瘤组织,采用免疫组化法和原位分子杂交法,研究转移性骨肿瘤组织中COX-2蛋白及基因表达与分类的关系。结果转移性骨肿瘤中COX-2阳性表达率为61.9%(26/42);转移性骨肿瘤恶性程度高,其COX-2蛋白及mRNA均呈阳性高表达,与临床X射线分型、有无原发灶和转移瘤部位无关,本组低分化与中分化间COX-2阳性表达无差异。结论 COX-2的阳性高表达可能参与转移性骨肿瘤的发生发展,也许发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expressions of COX-2 in metastasis bone tumor and its related clinical significance.Methods The expressions of COX-2 mRNA and protein were detected in 42 cases of bone metastasis tumors by immunohistochemistry and hybridization in situ and the relationship with the classification was also investigated.Results The positive expression rate of COX-2 in bone metastasis tumors was 61.9%（26/42）.The severer the malignancy of metastasis bone tumors was,the higher the expressions of COX-2 protein and gene were found.The expressions of COX-2 had no correlation with the X-ray types,original focuses and sites of metastasis bone tumors and there was no significant difference in positive expression between metastasis bone tumors of low differentiation and middle differentiation.Conclusion High expressions of COX-2 possibly participate in the occurrence and development of metastasis bone tumors and maybe play an important role in it.
