IGF-ⅠR、VEGF-C在食管鳞癌中的表达及临床病理意义 被引量:1

The Expression of IGF-ⅠR and VEGF-C in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Its Clinico-pathological Significance

摘要 [目的]探讨食管鳞癌组织中IGF-ⅠR、VEGF-C的表达及其临床病理学意义。[方法]应用Envision二步法检测95例食管鳞癌石蜡标本及20例食管正常组织中IGF-ⅠR、VEGF-C蛋白的表达。应用免疫印迹(Western Blot)检测20例食管鳞癌新鲜组织及相应癌旁正常食管组织中IGF-ⅠR、VEGF-C的表达。[结果]IGF-ⅠR、VEGF-C在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性率均显著性高于食管正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IGF-ⅠR的阳性表达与食管鳞癌淋巴结转移、组织分化程度、浸润深度相关(P<0.05),VEGF-C的阳性表达与食管鳞癌淋巴结转移、浸润深度相关(P<0.05)。Spear-man相关分析显示,食管鳞癌中IGF-ⅠR、VEGF-C的表达呈正相关(r=0.287,P<0.05)。IGF-ⅠR、VEGF-C阳性表达组和两者共阳性表达组患者的5年生存率均明显低于阴性表达组(P<0.05)。[结论]IGF-ⅠR、VEGF-C在食管鳞癌组织中呈高表达,两者表达呈正相关,检测食管鳞癌组织中IGF-ⅠR、VEGF-C表达水平对患者预后判断有一定意义。
