摘要 洸府河大桥设计采用大吨位球型钢支座,支座竖向承载力160 000kN,水平承载力27 000~46 000kN。为保证按设计要求制造大吨位球型支座,对球型支座制造准备阶段及实施阶段进行监理。制造准备阶段监理主要是通过招标优选生产厂家,制造工艺的监理审查及专家评审、支座制造前期监理检查及验收程序制定等。实施阶段主要进行铸钢件制造监理、球冠衬板镀硬铬质量控制监理、数控加工精度控制监理及耐磨板质量控制监理。经成套支座质量检查与验收监理,该桥大吨位球型支座的制造质量满足设计及规范要求。 The Large tonnage spherical steel bearing is used for Guangfuhe River Bridge, the vertical bearing capacity and the horizontal bearing capacity of the bearing is 160 000 kN and 27 000-46 000 kN, respectively. To ensure the fabrication of the large tonnage spherical bearing to strictly meet the design requirement, the preparing stage and implementation stage of the fabrication of the spherical bearing were supervised. The main tasks of the preparing stage of fabri- cation included selecting manufacturer through bidding, the supervision of fabrication technique, expert evaluation and the determination of the supervision inspection and acceptance in the early stage of the fabrication of the bearing. While the main tasks of the implementation stage involved conducting the supervision of the fabrication of cast steel members, supervision of the quality control of the hard chrome plating for the spherical crown liner, supervision of the accuracy con- trol of numerical control machining and the supervision of quality control of the abrasion resistant plate. By complete quality inspection and acceptance supervision for the bearing, the fabrication quality of the large tonnage spherical bearing of the bridge meets the design and code requirements.
