介绍工程监理工作中质量监理的特点，主要依据，工程质量监理的程序制定和质量控制的重点确定及工程质量监理的具体措施等，可供监理人员参考．
The quality control is the most important one in progress and investment controls in highway construction,which is to benefit for later generations.The construction quality control is focal and difficulty point in the supervision work.The paper deals with the programme,characteristics,methods basis and measures of quality control.Which are useful for the engineers and the supervisors.
