摘要
针对钱江四桥特殊的结构及功能特性研制开发了大吨位抗震球形支座。介绍该支座的设计、质量控制体系。该支座满足了桥梁承载、变位及寿命等方面的要求,其试验补充了大吨位球形支座模型试验的数据,验证了可靠性。
The large tonnage seismic isolation spherical bearings have been developed in order to accommodate the special structures and functions of the 4th Qiantangjiang River Bridge. In this paper, the design and quality control system for the bearings are presented. The bearings herewith can meet the requirements for the loading, displacement and service life of the Bridge. The tests for the bearings add new data to model tests of the large tonnage spherical bearings of common types and also prove the reliability of the bearings used for the Bridge.
