摘要
随着橡胶支座的广泛应用,桥梁橡胶支座的产品质量、使用寿命和老化已成为工程界十分关注的技术问题。根据近几年发生的多起公路桥梁橡胶支座质量事故,从橡胶支座的产品质量、支座的设计和橡胶支座的选用、布置、安装检查与维护等方面进行了分析,并指出了影响橡胶支座使用寿命的诸多因素及应用对策,供工程界参考。
Along with the wide application of rubber bearings, the quality, service life and aging of the bearings used for bridges have become a technical problem arousing extensive concerns from engineering circles. According to the lessons drawn from several quality accidents of the bearings for highway bridge in the recent years, this paper analyzes the problem from aspects of the design, quality control, selection, arrangement, installation, inspection and maintenance of the bearings, investigates various factors that may cause adverse influences on the service life of the bearings and also provides measures for proper application of the bearings, which are expected to serve as references to the engineering circles.
