摘要
社会系统是一个复杂系统,而系统复杂及系统创新的本质是系统要素之间的"差别"与"联系"的相互作用,营造了强大的信息势而产生了非平衡非线性机制。由于信息即负熵、即有序、即梯度、即势("即"表达剔除现象差别推进到本质联系的极限过程),因而,信息量与信息势是等价的。应对复杂推进创新的有效战略就是产生更多的主体信息量、营造更大的主体信息势。
Social system is a complex system and the essence of systematic complex and innovation is the interaction of connection and the difference among systematic essential factors, to construct powerful information Shi and present non - balanced nonlinear mechanism. Because of information namely negative entropy, namely the order, namely gradient, namely shi, information and information shi are equivalent. Effective strategy for complex and innovation is to get more subject information content through abstract- ness and onstruct larger subject information shi.
