摘要
世界上一切事物都处于永不停息的运动、变化和发展中,演化是自然界的运行方式。演化的方向有后退、停滞和前进。在某个时间段,一个系统或者系统内的某个局部可能是向前发展的,也可能是发展停滞的,甚至可能是倒退的,但是整个系统的整体发展趋势又是前进的、向上的。为什么会出现这种情况,原因又是什么?从势科学的角度,可以探索问题的原因:系统随机的涨落生势--事物产生;产生后的事物在每个层级中的演化是熵、势两种力量制衡的结果;发展过程中层级的跃迁类似于新事物产生,主要靠涨落。
In this world,everything is in the process of the never-ending movement,change,and development,and evolution is the way how the nature goes on.The direction of evolution can be backward,stagnant and forward.In a certain period of time,a system or a certain part of the system may be developing forward,yet it is also possible to be stagnant,even backward,however,the overall development trend of the whole system is forward and upward.Why does this happen?What is the reason?From the perspective of potential science,we can find out the cause of the problem:the random fluctuation of the system generates the potential--and things come into being;and the evolution of things at each level is the result of the balance of entropy and potential.The transition of hierarchy in the process of development is similar to the emergence of new things,which mainly depends on fluctuation of the rise and fall.
