摘要 通过对相关专家、学者的问卷调查,利用层次分析法对地区的科技创新能力评价体系进行权重赋值,力求较为准确地定量反映地区科技创新能力。通过对各变量系数的分析,从总体上了解能够代表地区科技创新能力的变量,从而找出代表某个地区科技创新能力的一些标准。 Through the questionnaire survey on some relevant experts and scholars,this paper makes the weight assignment on the evaluation indexes system of regional sci-tech innovation ability by using AHP(analytic hierarchy process) in order to more accurately and quantitatively reflect the regional sci-tech innovation ability,and through the analysis on each variable’s coefficient,reveals some variables that could represent the regional sci-tech innovation ability in general,and thus can find out some standards that could represent the sci-tech innovation ability of a certain region.
