摘要
中亚五国油气资源丰富,中国新疆与中亚油气产业具有同构性,油气资源、市场及技术具有互补性。基于丝绸之路能源经济带和中国石油企业"走出去"战略的全面实施,结合新疆石油企业所处内外环境的客观实际,文本构建了新疆石油企业中亚竞合能力的"综合双钻石模型",模型从内层竞合要素——新疆石油企业中亚竞合的市场需求、生产要素、产业结构与战略、相关支持性产业、知识吸收及创新能力和外层竞合要素——新疆石油企业中亚竞合所处的区位条件、文化相似性、政府作用和机遇进行了分析,为系统解释新疆石油企业中亚市场竞合能力提供了新的分析框架和视角。
Five central-Asia countries are rich in oil and natural gas. Xinjiang has isomorphism with central-Asia oil and natural-gas industry; with complementarity in oil and gas resource, market and technology. Based on ＂Silk-Road＂energy economic belt and all-round implementation of＂Go-global＂strategy for China’s petroleum enterprises and in relation to internal and external settings for Xinjiang petroleum enterprises, we have constructed the comprehensive dual-diamond model of competition and cooperation performance in central Asia for Xinjiang petroleum enterprises, from inner competition and cooperation elements——market demand,production elements,industrial structure,strategy,relevant supporting enterprises,knowledge absorption and innovative capability to outer elements location condition for central-Asia competition and cooperation for Xinjiang petroleum enterprises,cultural similarity and analysis in government function and opportunity,which offers a new analytic framework and perspective for the systematic interpretation of competition and cooperation capability in central-Asia market for Xinjiang petroleum enterprises.
