摘要
科技类民办非企业单位是科技中介服务体系的重要组成部分,对于加速科技成果产业化进程,促进产业结构优化升级和经济健康发展具有十分重要的意义。本文经过实地调研,针对目前天津市科技类民办非企业单位科技创新能力存在的主要问题,提出了提高科技创新能力的对策建议。
Science and technology private non-enterprise units is the important component of the science and technology intermediary service system. It has the very vital significance to accelerating the industrialization process of scientific and technological achievements and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and economy healthy development. In this paper, putting forward to the countermeasure proposal of raising the ability of innovation of science and technology through field research and in view of the present main problems of Tianjin Science and technology private non enterprise units＇ ability of innovation of science and technology.
