气相合成二氧化钛超细粒子的形态及其光催化性 被引量:17

摘要 高温管式气溶胶反应器中,利用TiCl4氧化反应制备TiO2超细粒子,研究反应温度、停留时间对TiO2形态的影响.结果表明反应温度升高,TiO2粒度增大、金红石含量在反应温度为1300℃时出现最大值;停留时间延长,粒子粒度增大、金红石含量也增加.以活性艳红X3B染料溶液为模拟废水,考察TiO2粒子形态对光催化活性的影响.结果表明含少量金红石相、粒径小于或接近50nm的TiO2粒子催化活性较高. Ultrafine titania particles were synthesized by the gas\|phase oxidation of titanium terachloride in a high temperature tubular aerosol flow reactor.The effect of reaction temperature and residence time on the morphology of titania particles was investigated.The results showed the maximum rutile weight fraction was attained at 1300℃ and the particle size increased with increasing temperature.As the residence time increased,average particle size of titania became larger and rutile weight fraction increased.The prepared particles and commercial TiO\-2 have been employed for photocatalytic degradation of azo dye active red X\|3B in aerated solution.The results showed that the photoactivity of the titania particles of average size less than or about 50nm containing small amounts of rutile is higher than that of pure anatase TiO\-2 and the optimum rutile fraction is 18 97%.This result can be attributed to the increased charge separation in these systems.
