摘要
在高温气溶胶反应器中 ,利用 Ti Cl4气相氧化制备 Ti O2 超细粒子 ,采用 TEM、EDS、XRD、BET比表面积测试等手段对粒子进行表征。结果表明 ,制备的 Ti O2 含 18.97%金红石相 ,比表面积 44.3m2 / g,等效粒径 35 .3nm。以该粒子为催化剂 ,光催化降解偶氮染料活性艳红 X- 3B溶液 ,研究了染料初始浓度、Ti O2 粒子浓度、氧气流量、溶液 p H值等对染料脱色率的影响。
Ultrafine titania particles were synthesized by the gas phase oxidation of titanium tetrachloride in a high temperature tubular aerosol flow reactor.The measurement of TEM,XRD,EDS and BET surface area was used to characterize the particles.The results showed that the rutile content of the TiO 2 particles was 18.97%,the BET specific surface area and the equivalent diameter of the particles were 44 3m 2/g and 35.3nm respectively.The prepared particles were employed for photocatalytic decolorization of azo dye active red X 3B.The influence of initial X 3B concentration,titania content,oxygen flow rate,pH value of the X 3B solution on the photodegradation rate was investigated.
