摘要 介绍了纳米二氧化钛薄膜的制备方法及光电子能谱技术、光谱技术、显微分析技术、X射线分析技术等表征技术的原理以及在纳米二氧化钛薄膜研究中的进展。 This paper introduces the mechanism of characterization techniques(such as photoelectric spectroscopy techniques, spectral analysis techniques, microspectroscopy analysis techniques, X-ray analysis techniques)and the preparation methods of nanometer TiO2 ,and describes research progess in characterizing nanometer titania film.
