概述了用气相法、液相法及固相法制备纳米TiO2,对纳米TiO2的表面进行有机、无机改性,以及根据纳米TiO2的物化性质在各领域的应用。讨论了制备与改性的反应机理、各种制备方法的优缺点。
The preparation of nanometer TiOz with gas-phase method, liquid - phase method and solid-phase method are introduced. The surface modification via organic and inorganic process and the application are covered. Reaction mechanism and the relative merits of each method are discussed.
