摘要
目的了解妇产科患者假丝酵母菌性阴道炎的菌种分布及耐药性,为临床合理选择抗真菌药物提供参考依据。方法严格按照卫生部《全国临床检验操作规程》,用萨布罗培养基分离真菌,采用常规方法鉴定假丝酵母菌属;药敏试验采用K-B法进行。结果自387例阴道炎患者的阴道分泌物中检出6种假丝酵母菌,以白色假丝酵母菌分离率最高,为291株占75.2%,其次为热带假丝酵母菌39株占10.1%;6种假丝酵母菌对两性霉素B、制霉菌素的敏感率均为100.0%,对氟康唑、克霉唑、伊曲康唑等抗真菌药物的耐药率在6.2%~33.3%。结论检出真菌已产生了不同程度的耐药性,且不同真菌耐药性具有较大的差异,因此,应重视真菌的检测及药敏试验,以指导临床合理用药。
OBJECTIVE To understand the distribution and antimicrobial resistance of the species Candida isolated from patients with monilal vaginitis and provide reference for clinical use of antibiotics.METHODS Referring to National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Procedures,Sobaurand's agar culture medium was used for the isolation of fungi.Fungi were identified by the routine methods.The drug susceptibility test was performed by K-B method.RESULTS A total of six species of Candida were isolated from vaginal secretions obtained from 387 patients with monilal vaginitis.A total of 291 strains of C.albicans were isolated with the highest isolation rate of 75.2%,followed by C.tropicalis(39 isolates) with the isolation rate of 10.1%.The susceptibility rates of the six species of Candida to amphotricin B and nystatin were 100.0%;the resistance rates to fluconazole,clotrimazole,and itraconazole varied from 6.2% to 33.3%.CONCLUSION The isolated fungi have drug resistance of different degrees,and there are large differences in drug resistance among various species of fungi.The detection of the fungi and drug susceptibility testing should be strengthened so as to guide the reasonable use of antibiotics.
