1015株念珠菌感染的病原菌分类和药敏分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的了解医院念珠菌感染的病原菌分类及对氟康唑的敏感性。方法采用微量稀释法和改良纸片法测定临床标本分离的各类念珠菌对氟康唑的敏感性。结果共分离出1015株念珠菌,其中白色念珠菌占49.4%,热带念珠菌占19.1%,克柔念珠菌占10.1%,光滑念珠菌占10.5%,其他念珠菌占10.9%;对氟康唑的耐药率白色念珠菌为1.6%、热带念珠菌为0%、克柔念珠菌为25%、光滑念珠菌为40%、其他念珠菌为8.4%。结论念珠菌在临床标本中的分布已发生变化,白色念珠菌比例下降但还是最常见念珠菌感染的病原菌,非白色念珠菌比例有所上升,氟康唑对白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌有极好的抗菌活性,而对克柔念珠菌、光滑念珠菌的抗菌活性较差,临床经验用药应依据药敏结果合理选用。 OBJECTIVE To learn the classification of eandidal hospital infection in Jiangsu Province and its antifungal susceptibility test results to fluconazole(FCZ). METHODS Broth microdilution antifungal susceptibility test and improved disk diffusion method of FCZ were carried out with the clinical isolates of Candida spp. from hospital. RESULTS Of the 1015 isolates, 49.4% were C. albicans, 19.1% were C. tropicalis, 10.1% were C. parapsilosis, 10.5% were Torulopsis glabrata, and 10. 9% were other Candida spp. CONCLUSIONS The distribution of Candida in clinical isolates has changed, the percentage of C. albicans has decreased, but still the most common pathogens of candidal infection, and the percentage of other Candida is rising now. FCZ has a good antifungal effect to C. albicans and C. troplcalis, but has less effect to C. parapsilosis and T. glabrata. Medication should be accorded with the results of antifungal susceptibility test.
