摘要
目的 探讨伊曲康唑联合双唑泰栓治疗假丝酵母菌性外阴阴道炎（CV）的临床效果。方法 选取2012年3月~2015年3月我院收治的108例CV患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组,每组54例。研究组给予伊曲康唑联合双唑泰栓治疗,对照组给予双唑泰栓局部治疗,综合比较两组患者的总有效率、不良反应发生率及复发情况。结果 治疗后7、14 d,研究组总有效率分别为94.4%、96.3%,均明显高于对照组的79.6%、79.6%（P〈0.05）;两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后随访1个月,研究组复发率为5.6%,低于对照组的20.4%（P〈0.05）。结论 伊曲康唑联合双唑泰栓治疗CV的效果确切,可明显增强临床疗效,不良反应少,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of itraconazole combined with metronidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate suppository treating Candida vulvovaginitis （CV）. Methods 108 patients with CV treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into research group and control group,each group has 54 cases.Research group was treated with itraconazole combined wi!h metronidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate suppository while control group was treated with metronidazole, clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate suppository for local treatment.The total effective rate,incidence rate of adverse reaction and recurrence between two groups was comprehensively compared. Results After 7 d and 14 d treatment,the total effective rate of research group （94.4%,96.3% respectively） was obviously higher than that of control group respec- tively （79.6%,79.6% respectively） （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups had no statisti- cally difference （P〉0.05）.Patients were followed up for 1 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of research group （5.6%） was obviously lower than that of control group （20.4%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion hraconazole combined with metronidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate suppository treating CV has an exact effect.It can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy with less adverse reaction and lower recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
