摘要
目的观察补肾壮骨颗粒对骨质疏松症雄性与雌性大鼠的骨组织计量学的影响;探讨该药对不同性别大鼠骨质疏松症疗效差异的机制。方法雄性大鼠54例,雌性大鼠58例,各设假手术组、模型组、阳性药组、补肾壮骨颗粒高剂量组、补肾壮骨颗粒低剂量组,采用去势方法造成雄雌性大鼠骨质疏松模型,给药13w,观察不同性别各组大鼠骨组织计量学指标的变化。结果与模型组对照,补肾壮骨颗粒高剂量组雌性大鼠骨小梁面积百分比有增加趋势(P>0.05),骨小梁数目明显增加(P<0.05),分离度明显减少(P<0.05);而高剂量组雄性大鼠各指标均未见明显的改变(P>0.05)。结论补肾壮骨颗粒可改善去势造成的骨质疏松雌性大鼠模型的骨组织计量学指标,对雄性大鼠则无明显作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Granules on bone histomorphometry of female and male rats with emasculation-induced osteoporosis,and to explore the mechanism of efficacy difference of this drug on rats of different gender.Methods Fifty-four male rats and fifty-eight female rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,sham-operation group,model group,positive-drug control group,high-dosage group,and low-dosage group.Models of osteoporosis were induced by emasculation.The duration of drug administration was 13 weeks.The changes of bone histomorphometry of rats with different gender in different groups were observed.Results Compared to the model group,the percentage of bone trabecula area of the rats in female high-dosage group increased without statistically significance(P0.05).The number of bone trabucula of the rats in female high-dosage group significantly increased compared with the control group(P0.05).The trabecular separation of the rats in female high-dosage group significantly increased compared with the control group(P0.05).However,all factors of rats in the male high-dosage group showed no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Bushen Zhuanggu Granules can ameliorate the bone histomorphometry of female rats with emasculation-induced osteoporosis,but without obvious effects on male rats.
