摘要
目的 :建立反相HPLC测定补肾壮骨颗粒中淫羊藿苷含量的质量控制方法。方法 :采用水提取—聚酰胺柱纯化去杂方法制备供试品溶液 ,以HPODS柱作为色谱柱 ,甲醇—水 (5 5 :4 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长为2 70nm。结果 :淫羊藿苷进样量在 0 .2 0～ 1.82 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9998;样品平均加样回收率为98.94 %,RSD值为 2 .0 3%。结论 :此方法简便、准确、重现性好 。
Objective To establish an anti-phase High performance liquid chromatograpy (HPLC) as a quality control in determination of content of korean epimedium extract in Boshen Zhuangu Granule (Grandule for strengthen both kidney and bone) Method Water extraction plus polyamide purifying was used in parapeiation of the solutions for test. HPODS was used as chromo-spectrum column, methyl plus water(55:45) as the flowing phase; detective wave-length was 279nm. Result When the test solution contained korean epimedium extract at the range of 0.20～1.82μg, it showed positive linear relation (r=0.9998) and the average retrieve rate of exponent with content was 98.94%. RSD value was 2.03%. Conclusion HPLC is simple, accurate and has a better reappearance thus it can be used as content determination of Boshen Zhuangu Granule.
