摘要
骨康口服液是广州中医药大学附属骨伤科医院防治绝经后骨质疏松症的有效方剂，主要由淫羊藿、补骨脂、黄芪、当归、丹参等组成，具有补肾壮骨、益气健脾、活血通络之功效一为探讨其作用机理，采用放射免疫法（RIA）观察了骨康高、中、低剂量及尼尔雌醇对去势大鼠模型血清中雌二醇（E2）、降钙素（CT）和骨钙素（BGP）3种激素水平变化的影响。结果：造模前各组大鼠血清中E2、CT、BGP的含量均无显著性差异，给药3个月后骨康各剂量组大鼠3种激素水平均明显高于造模组，但均低于尼尔雌醇阳性对照组。提示骨康。服液能够通过刺激大鼠体内E2、CT、BGP的分泌而达到抑制骨吸收和促进骨形成的双重作用，此种作用虽不及尼尔雌醇强，但具有副作用小的优势。
The effect of Gukang Oral Liquid(GOL) on serum contents of estradiol(E2), calcitonin(CT) and bone gal protein (BGP) in the model rats with postmenopausal osteoporosis after ovariectomywas observed. Ninety rats were randomly allocated tO six groups:the non-medication group, the modelgroup,three GOL groups (with high, moderate and low dosages respectively)and nilestriol group. Thecontents of E2, CT and BGP were determined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the differ-ences of the above hormone contents were not significant among the six groups. After the medication ofGOL for 3 months,the contents of E2, CT and BGP were abedly higher in the tab GOL groups thanthose in the model,but lower than those in nilestriol group. This indicates that GOL possesses thedouble action of suppessing bone absorption and promoting osteosis through stimulating the secretion ofE2, CT and BGP,but its actions is weaker than nilestriol.
