骶骨定标法在健康者与偏瘫患者三级平衡检测中的有效性 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨骶骨定标法在三级平衡检测中应用的有效性。方法:招募健康者(n=10)及脑损伤偏瘫患者(n=11),分别进行骶骨定标法结合外力干扰的姿势应力试验,并采集受试者的平衡策略量表(BSS)得分及重心平均摆动幅度(MSA)及平均摆动速度(MSV);偏瘫患者还进行Berg平衡量表(BBS)及改良"站起-走"计时测试(MTUG)。结果:①偏瘫患者的BSS得分与一级[Berg平衡量表静态成分(SBBS)]、二级平衡测试[Berg平衡量表动态成分(DBBS、MTUG)]无相关性(P>0.05);②骶骨定标点的重心MSA、MSV与BSS得分之间呈负相关(健康人:rs=-0.76,rs=-0.77;偏瘫患者:rs=-0.78,rs=-0.68)。结论:以BSS为代表的三级平衡具有不同于一二级平衡的性质;骶骨定标法结合外力干扰所测得的MSA及MSV能反映健康人及偏瘫患者的三级平衡能力,骶骨定标法可用于三级平衡检测。 Objective:To study the application of sacrum-marked method on testing third-level balance performance.Method:Health people(n=10) and brain injury patients with hemiplegia(n=11) were recruited.Both groups took the postural stress test with external force perturbation using the sacrum-marked method;the variables were balance strategy scores(BSS) and mean sway amplitude(MSA) as well as mean sway velocity(MSV) of the center of gravity;and hemiplegic patients also took Berg balance scale(BBS) and modified timed "up and go" test(MTUG).Result:①In hemiplegic patients there was no correlation between the test of the third-level balance state BSS and the test of the first-level functional balance state [static component of Berg balance scale(SBBS)(rs=0.56)] as well as the test of the second-level functional balance state [dynamic component of Berg balance scale(DBBS)(rs=0.56),MTUG(rs=0.071)](P0.05).②The MSA and MSV of the center of gravity were negatively correlated with BSS(health people:rs=-0.76,rs=-0.77;hemiplegic patients:rs=-0.78,rs=-0.68).Conclusion:The character of the third-level balance(BSS) is different from the other two balance performance.The MSA and of the center of gravity with sacrum-marked method and external force perturbation can reflect the third-level balance in health persons and hemiplegic patients,and the sacrum marked method can be applied to evaluate the third-level balance performance.
