摘要
目的观察早期康复治疗对地震伤员日常生活能力(ADL)恢复的影响。方法53例地震骨折伤员经外科手术复位固定后早期进行康复治疗,分别于治疗前后采用Barthel指数对伤者ADL进行评定。结果53例伤员康复治疗前后Barthel指数评分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论对地震伤员早期给予康复指导、功能锻炼,伤者的ADL有明显提高,减轻了机体功能残障的发生。
Objective The goal of the study is to observe the influence of the early rehabilitation therapy to the seismic wounded＇s recovery of Activities of Daily Living（ADL）.Methods We applied the rehabilitation therapy after surgical-treatments like orthopedics-reposition and fixation.The suffers＇s ADL level are assessed by Barthel-index before and after the treatment.Results We compared the couple of Barthel-index data before and after the treatment,the statistical significance is specific（P 〈0.01）,the effect of the rehabilitation therapy is evident.Conclusions The rehabilitation guidance and functional exercise we advised to seismic wounded in early period can boost their ability to live independently,improve the quality of life and reduced the incidence of disability.
