智能运动训练系统结合综合康复训练对痉挛型脑瘫下肢功能的疗效观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察智能运动训练系统结合综合康复训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿下肢功能的疗效。方法痉挛型脑瘫患儿48例分成观察组和对照组,各24例。观察组以智能运动训练系统结合综合康复训练,对照组仅运用综合康复训练。6个月后,以改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表、肌力评定表评定疗效。结果6个月后,观察组患儿下肢的肌张力、肌力较对照组改善(P<0.05)。结论智能运动训练系统可促进痉挛型脑瘫患儿下肢的功能改善。 Objective To observe the effect of Motomed Graeile on spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 48 cerebral palsy children were divided into two groups: intervention group (n:24) and control group (n=24). The children in the control group aeeepted comprehensive rehabilitation, while the children in the intervention group were trained with Motomed Graeile in addition. They were evaluated with Ashworth Assessment and manual muscle testing (MMT) 6 months after treatment. Results The scores of intervention group improved more significantly than those in control group (P〈0.05). Conelusion Motomed Gracile can facilitate the recovery of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
