摘要
1 3 50℃真空中Ni/SiC陶瓷系统的润湿角约为 86°.当Ni中加入Ti时 ,润湿角随着Ti含量的增加而减小 ,并且随着保温时间的延长效果更加显著 .显微结构分析表明 ,在陶瓷和金属之间存在反应层 ,这说明纯Ni和Ni-Ti与SiC陶瓷是化学润湿的 .
Under the applied experimental conditions the contact angle of pure Ni/SiC ceramic at 1 350 ℃ in vacuum is about 86°. The wettability of the system is improved by adding active element Ti in the metallic phase. The contact angle decreases with the increase of the additive content within the test range. Moreover, this effect becomes more remarkable with the reaction time at high temperature. Microstructure studies reveal that a reaction layer exists between the ceramic phase and the metallic phase. This indicates that chemical wetting occurs in the pure Ni/SiC and Ni-Ti/SiC systems.
