摘要
利用透射电镜和高分辨电子显微镜研究了混合盐原位反应生成的TiB2/Al复合材料的界面微观结构。结果表明,原位生成的TiB2颗粒呈六方结构,颗粒周围存在部分位错,且TiB2颗粒与基体Al存在位向关系:[0001]TiB2∥[111]Al,(1210)TiB2∥(110)Al。电镜观察显示TiB2/Al复合材料界面光滑洁净,没有其它反应产物,界面处原子结合良好。TiB2/Al界面结合为半共格界面结合,建立了TiB2/Al复合材料界面原子结合模型。
The interfacial microstructure of TiB2/Al composites fabricated by mixing salt reaction was investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high-resolution electron microscopy (HREM). The results indicate that the crystal morphology of in-situ formed TiB2 is hexangular and there are some dislocations around the TiB2 particle. There is a crystallographic orientation relationship of [0001]TiB2∥[111]Al and (1^-21^-0)TiB2∥(1^-10)Al. HREM results show that the interface between TiB2 and AI is clean, smooth and well bonded without any interfacial reaction products. The interface of TiB2/Al is semi-coherent boundary. Atomic structure model of TiB2/Al interface was established.
