摘要
近年来,诸多大型医院为了满足患者就医需求,编制外卫生专业技术人员逐年增多。如何解决编制外卫生专业技术人员的职称晋升问题,关系到员工队伍的稳定,关系到医院医疗技术、服务水平的提高,直接影响医院可持续发展能力。本院多年职称管理工作证明,做好此项工作需要更新观念,建立规范的编制外职称体系;明确流程,协助编制外人员完成申报;量化指标,客观评判编制外人员专业技术水平;严格把关,认真执行编制外职称管理规定。
In recent years,the amount of off-staff is increasing annually to meet the demand from patients in many big hospitals.How to match the needs of title promotion of the off-staff,related to the promotion of technology and service level,the stability of the workforce,as well as the sustainable development of the hospital.Experience from our many years working proving that in order to make the fine solution,we need to innovate perception and attitude,establish the title management system for the off-staff,formulate clear and definite process,assist the off-staff in preparation to complete declaration,objectively evaluate their professional ability with quantitative index and strictly following the rules of stipulations on the title management for the off-staff,etc.
