摘要
医学职称评审是对医学人才的专业技能、工作业绩、科研能力和学术水平的综合评价,同时也是对专业技术人才队伍进行管理的一项基本制度。通过对职称晋升过程中参评者论文的质量和真实性、基层锻炼价值、专业技术能力、引进人才职称复议等方面存在的问题进行分析、探讨并提出合理化建议,对于进一步完善卫生专业技术人才的技能评价指标体系、深化医疗卫生系统的职称改革具有重要的现实意义。
Medical title assessment is a comprehensive assessment system that evaluates medical staff' s prot'essional skill, job performance, research capacity and academies and is also a basic institution of professional staff management. Problenas in title assessment process such as the quality and authenticity of paper, the value of grass-rnot training, professional capacity and the introduction of talent were discussed and measures were also presented. It can help improving professional capacity assessment indictor system and deepening title reform in health system.
