摘要
运用专家咨询法,通过建立评审指标体系、专家咨询等方法,制订了军队总医院和中心医院医疗专业技术职务评审指标体系,并对思想品德、专业知识、医疗工作、教学工作、科研工作等指标内涵进行了界定,旨在为军队医院专业技术职务评审工作提供一个可供参考的标准。
The evaluation index system of medical professional and technical positions in general military hospitals and the central hospitals is formulated with expert consultation,which defines the connotations of all the indexes.Therefore,the referential standards are provided for the evaluation of medical professional and technical positions in military hospitals.
