摘要
目的：优选喉咽灵口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法：以蒙花苷和齐墩果酸提取量为评价指标,选择乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,利用L9（3^4）正交试验,确定喉咽灵口服液的提取工艺。结果：最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇,提取时间48 h,提取3次。结论：优选出的提取工艺纯化效率高、去除杂质多、质量稳定。
Objective： To optimize the extraction conditions for Houyanling oral liquids. Method ： The extraction amounts of linarin and oieanoiic acid as the evaluation indices, the alcohol concentration, extraction time and repeating times as the factors, the extraction conditions for Houyanling oral liquids were optimized by L9 （3^4） orthogonal design. Result： The optimal conditions were as follows： the ethanol concentration of 70%, extraction time of 48 h and repeating 3 times. Conclusion： The method is convenient and rapid in mass production.
