摘要
目的:优选复方头风宁滴丸中川芎的渗漉提取工艺条件。方法:以阿魏酸、藁本内酯含量为指标,采用正交试验设计,考察渗漉工艺中溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、浸渍时间、渗漉速度四个主要因素。结果:最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数为70%、浸渍时间为36 h,控制流量为4 ml·min^(-1),收集12倍量。结论:渗漉提取法适用于川芎药材的提取,可用于工业化大生产。
Objective: To establish the percolation extract process of Rhizoma Chuanxiong in Toufengning dropping pills. Method: The three-level orthogonal experiments were designed for four factors including the concentration of alcohol, the volume of alcohol, the time of soaking and the percolation rate using the contents of ferulic acid and ligustilide as the evaluation indices. Result: The optimal extraction conditions were established as follows : the materials were soaked with 70% alcohol for 36 h, then percolated at the rate of 4 ml ·min^-1 and 12 times the volume of percolation solution were collected. Conclusion: The technology is stable and feasible, and suitable for industrial production.
